Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of most items can be found on its detail page and will be shown on your cart.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights can be rounded up to the next 100g.

Customer Service Hours
We like to be flexible of our service hours, of course you can buy online anytime! We ship orders everyday during the workweek except the holidays.
Please allow 1 business day for a response to your email, and remember that our office is closed on weekends and holidays.
